Frequently Asked Questions

What counts as an asset?

Any individual item that requires inspection, such as a fire extinguisher, safety shower, AED, or eyewash station. You can swap assets in and out without penalty as long as your total count remains within your plan limit.

What happens if we exceed our asset limit?

We'll notify you when you approach your limit. You can easily upgrade to the next tier pro-rated for the remainder of your annual term. We never shut off access for overages.

Do we need special QR labels?

No. SafeSpotz allows you to generate and print your own QR code labels on standard adhesive paper or synthetic labels using any standard printer. There are no proprietary stickers or hardware required.
