  • Inspection Data: Every scan generates a record that includes the asset ID, a timestamp, and the GPS location of the device used for the scan.
  • Usage Data: We log how you interact with our platform, such as pages visited, features used, and actions taken. This helps us improve the user experience.
  • Device and Log Data: We collect information about the device you're using, including browser type, operating system, IP address, and access times. We also log errors and performance metrics to maintain service reliability.

Our primary goal in using your information is to provide and improve the SafeSpotz service. We use your data to:

  • Data Retention: We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will permanently delete your data after a 90-day grace period, unless you request earlier deletion.
